Cancellation Policy
YAY! You’re booked in to see us - we cannot wait to play!
But first, we have some important info:
Our booking terms and conditions;
We require the following notice if you need to cancel or change your hair appointment with us:
• At least 24-hours notice for haircut or blow wave appointments.
• At least 48-hours notice for cut and colour appointments.
When you don’t show up for your appointment without notice, not only are we super sad, but other clients miss out, too.
First No Show:
Life sometimes happens, so if you miss an appointment we will get in touch and reschedule. As we are busy little hair beavers your new appointment may not be immediately.
We will also remind you about our cancellation policy.
Second No Show:
We were so excited to see you!?
Due to this being the second time, you will be charged for 50% of your missed appointment.
If you want to make another booking we can help find another time for you.
Third No-Show:
Ever get ready for a date only to be stood up? Sucks huh?
If you stand us up for the third time, 100% of the missed services will be charged. If you’re wanting to rebook then we’ll require a 50% deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrivals:
It’s a crazy world out there so please call us if you think you are going to be late for our date . We can usually adjust our appointments to make it work with enough notice. However, in some cases we may need to reschedule your fabulous hair to another day. In that case we may need to take this as a no show.
As we are appointment based, timing is key however sometimes, appointments take US longer than we anticipated. If this happens we will do our best to let you know we are running behind as your time is important to us.
As we are human, sometimes we get sick. In this climate we are being very cautious about keeping you (our favourite people) and the rest of our team safe. Thank you for being patient with us when we need to reschedule you due to illness.

Returns Policy
We want to help rectify any issues with you order as soon as possible.
Please get in touch within seven days of receiving your order if something isn’t right. We can only accept products that are unopened and unused.
